How fast will I get my order?

Average turnaround is 1-2 business days (Monday-Thursday). In a rush? Call us at 845-232-1065 — same-day is sometimes possible.

Where are the books printed?

Locally, in Monsey, NY. Standard books are softcover. Hardcover is available — generally about $12 more per book, priced individually per order.

What does delivery cost?

Local delivery: $10. Delivery to Monroe, Brooklyn, Lakewood, and the Five Towns: $25, with same-day available. Shipping to other areas is available and priced per order, depending on order size and box count — contact us for a quote.

Yes. You can add your own greeting pages, and we can help design them for a fee.

Can I get a custom cover?

Yes — custom cover design is available for a fee.

Do you have ready-made products?

Yes — we offer off-the-shelf products that can be customized with your logo and a link to seudenyu.com.

Can I cancel an order?

We're flexible. Before your file needed manual work or went to print — free cancellation. Once a PDF has been delivered, it's final. For printed orders, it depends on the printer's schedule — call us as soon as possible and we'll do our best.

What if there's a mistake in my books?

If the mistake is on our side, we reprint at no charge. Mistakes in content you submitted or approved are corrected and reprinted at cost — so please review your order carefully before finalizing.
