Welcome to Seudenyu. These terms keep things clear and fair for both of us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.

What We Provide

Seudenyu lets you build custom zemiros songbooks — choose songs from our catalog, add your own content, and receive your book as a PDF download or as professionally printed copies. Our music platform at music.seudenyu.com is a separate service with its own terms.

Credits and Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Credits purchased on Seudenyu never expire, and unused credits are refundable — just contact us.

Your Content and Approval

You are responsible for the content you submit and approve — names, dates, dedications, greeting pages, and any songs or texts you upload. Please review everything carefully before finalizing your order. If we made an error on our side, we will make it right at no charge (see Misprints below). If the error was in content you submitted or approved, corrections and reprints are at your cost.

By uploading your own material (for example, camp songs or custom texts), you confirm you have the right to use it. You keep ownership of your material; you give us permission to typeset, print, and deliver it as part of your order. Our song catalog, layouts, and designs remain the property of Seudenyu and its licensors and may not be reproduced outside your ordered books.

Cancellations

We try to be as flexible as the printing process allows:

  • Before any manual work has been done on your file and before it has gone to print: free cancellation, full refund.
  • PDF orders: once the PDF has been delivered to you, the order is final.
  • Printed orders: once the job has been sent to the printer, cancellation depends on the printer's schedule. If the printer can still pull the job, we will gladly cancel and refund; if printing has begun, the order is final.

When in doubt, call us right away — the sooner you reach us, the more we can do.

Misprints and Errors

If a printing defect or an error on our side affects your books, we will reprint the affected copies at no charge. Errors contained in content you submitted or approved are not considered printing defects.

Turnaround and Delivery

Our average turnaround is 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Thursday). Rush service, sometimes same-day, may be available — call us. Timelines are quoted per order and are estimates, not guarantees; we are not liable for delays outside our control, including printer and delivery delays.

Pricing

Standard products and options are priced on the site. Custom items — such as hardcover binding, custom cover design, greeting-page design, and shipping outside our regular delivery areas — are quoted individually before you commit.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
