Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect and what we do with it.
What We Collect
When you place an order or create an account, we collect what we need to serve you: your name, email address, delivery address, phone number if you provide one, and the contents of your orders (your song selections, uploaded content, and customization details).
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe, a leading payment provider. Your card details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store your card number. Stripe's own privacy policy governs their handling of your payment information.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process and deliver your orders, to communicate with you about your orders, and to provide support. We send transactional emails (order confirmations, delivery updates). We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not share it except as needed to fulfill your order (for example, providing a delivery address to a courier) or as required by law.
Your Content
Files and content you upload are used only to produce your order. We may retain order files so we can help you with reorders and corrections.
Data and Hosting
The site is built and hosted on the Base44 platform, which processes data on our behalf under its own security practices.
Your Choices
Want to see, correct, or delete your information? Email Hello@seudenyu.com or call 845-232-1065 and we'll take care of it.
Children
This site is intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
